Deadman’s sour

• 45 ml vodka 
• 15 ml Grand Marnier
• 20 ml lemon juice
• 1 bar spoon apricot jam 
• 1 egg white

Deadman’s Negroni

• 45 ml vodka
• 15 ml Campari
• 15 ml punt e mes vermouth
• 2 dashes chocolate bitters

Stir on ice and strain into rocks glass with ice

Caribbean Deadman

• 50 ml vodka
• 30 ml pineapple juice 
• Juice of a lime 
• 10 ml falernum syrup

Shake on ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with coffee beans

Summer Corpse 

• 50 ml vodka
• 10 ml absinthe 
• 20 ml lemon juice
• 3 muddled strawberries
• 1:1 sugar syrup to taste

• 30 ml vodka
• 30 ml fresh espresso
• 15 ml pedro ximenez sherry
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1:1 sugar syrup to taste

Shake on ice and strain into a coupe. Express the oil of an orange peel and a pinch of ground nutmeg to garnish

Simply Dead

• 50 ml vodka
• Top with ruby grapefruit soda
